Video from the charity event for Wycombe Youth Action

Once again, thank you to everyone who came to the Dance2K Charity Reunion for Wycombe Youth Action. We raised £2000 for future projects, but more importantly some of you have already got in touch to express your support and enthusiasm for the charity. Remember if you would like to get involved in future projects for young people, or are a young person interested in finding out more, check out the WYA page or email sadia@wycombeyouthaction.co.uk.

Dance2k Reunion to help raise money for Wycombe Youth Action

We held the reunion for Dance2k, and I would to say a huge huge thank you to everyone who helped us raise money for #wycombeyouthaction last night!

We raised in excess of £2,000 which is a grand effort but not nearly enough.

The Charity needs more support, awareness and funding to help keep up the great work that they do with the young people of bucks.

Remember if you would like to get involved in future projects for young people, or are a young person interested in finding out more, check out the WYA page or email sadia@wycombeyouthaction.co.uk.

It was a great night and those of your who came out in support can vouch for that I’m sure, but I would really like to say how much we appreciated the people who put their names it! And did so simply to help a good cause!
THANK YOU!

Wycombe Youth Action

I’ve spent the afternoon with Wycombe Youth Action today. And were disappointed to hear that they have had their funding cut. Not only have they had the government support cut they only have enough resources to continue their work until the end of the year. They have a really important role to play in the community so seeing them slip away as another ill fated charity bothered me. So our little fund raiser by way of Dance2K reunion is going to help, but unfortunately it’s no where near enough. So I felt compiled to try and help more. I told them about Marmalade Jams and the concept behind it and the team loved it so we’re going to breathe some life into both organisations, and work together. And as such I’m honoured to be invited to be an ambassador of Wycombe Youth Action.
